The Terms of Service set forth hereunder shall constitute the entire agreement between Linguidoor and any client thereof (hereinafter referred to as the “User”), either of which may be individually referred to as a “Party” and both of which shall be collectively referred to as the “Parties”. These Terms of Service shall constitute the entire understanding between User and Linguidoor with respect to the subject matter of these Terms of Services, and supersedes all (i) proposals, oral or written, (ii) negotiations, conversations or discussions between the parties and (iii) industry custom or past course of dealing, relating to the subject matter. These Terms of Service (“Agreement”) set forth the provisions under which the User may register and use the Website for the purpose of the acquisition of the services/solutions.
Website: Linguidoor for Localization and Technology Solutions, which is the owner of the Website (hereinafter referred to as “Linguidoor”).
User: Individual(s) or a company submitting a Translation Request.
Provider: Individual(s) or a Company providing a service.
Upon completion of the Registration Form and after accepting the Website Terms of Service, the User is authorized to submit Translation Requests. These Terms of Service between User and Linguidoor shall apply to all transactions and business conducted between the parties.
The User will submit a Translation Request, including all relevant information and/or documents in relation to their request. The User will process the payment as requested by Linguidoor before starting the translation process. This Agreement shall govern the business relationship between Linguidoor and User despite any conflicting terms and conditions in User’s other documents.
The User hereby authorizes Linguidoor to treat any person using User’s password pair (username and password), and any resulting transactions, obligations, and liabilities as if User used the Website and/or Services itself.
User must not try to expose the identity of other Users or Providers. The identity of Providers and other Users is not visible to the Users. The User must not post any information which may reveal their identity to Providers or other Users. Posting contact information including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, internet URLs, Skype IDs is strictly prohibited.
User’s information shall be true, accurate, and up-to-date at all times.
Payment will be processed by the User before commencing the translation process. Failure in receiving the due payment implies the immediate stop of the process of delivering the Order until the payment is successfully completed. Missing or incomplete payment will cause a delay in starting and therefore a delay in delivering the completed translation.
The User is the only responsible party for a delay caused by the above reason.
Violators of any of these terms can have all of their Linguidoor accounts terminated, suspended, or revoked at the discretion of Linguidoor.
8.1. Any cancellation request after an order has been processed must be submitted in writing to the following email address: support@linguidoor.com
8.2. If the company has not yet started the translation a full cancellation and refund will be granted. Should the translation already be in process, it will be stopped at the earliest opportunity (taking possible time zone hour differences into consideration). The client will only be charged for the part of the translation which has been completed.
8.3. Our goal is to provide a service of exceptional quality at a great value. For this reason, we offer a 1-year guarantee on all of our language services. Our translator will review the translation according to the client’s comments and offer feedback. Any agreed-upon errors will be edited at no extra charge to the client. In certain cases, where we fail to meet an agreement with the client, a partial or full refund may be offered.
User represents that it has the full power and authority to execute this Agreement. User is the owner of, and/or has received all appropriate consent from the owners of any and all material, information, intellectual property in any form, or other data that User makes available to Linguidoor.
In the course of providing the Service, Linguidoor discloses the client’s Materials to potential translators and contractors.
The User is solely responsible for editing or removing any confidential or personally identifiable information in the client’s Materials if they do not wish to disclose that information.
The Provider will defend and hold Linguidoor harmless in any suit or proceeding based on a claim that any equipment, products, or services transacted under these Terms of Service, constitutes an infringement of any copyright, patent, or trademark. The provider will pay all settlements or damages awarded against Linguidoor f, provided that Linguidoor (i) informs Provider of such suit or proceeding in writing and within thirty (30) days of actual notice of a claim, and provides Provider with all related information, (ii) grants Provider the authority to settle or litigate such suit or proceeding, and (iii) provides all necessary assistance to Provider.
In no event shall Linguidoor be liable to the client, provider, or any other person for exemplary, incidental, indirect, special or consequential damages of any kind, including without limitation the cost of cover, loss of profit, use, savings or revenue, or the claims of third parties, whether or not Linguidoor has been advised of the possibility of such loss. The limitations in this section shall apply notwithstanding the failure of the essential purpose of any limited remedy.
Provider shall indemnify, defend (with counsel approved in writing by Linguidoor f) and hold Linguidoor f, its officers, directors, shareholders, employees, insurers, attorneys, successors and assigns harmless against any and all claims for cost, damage, expense (including reasonable attorneys – fees) or liability arising out of or related to the acts or omissions of Provider, its employees, representatives or agents.
13.1 The Translation Agency undertakes to maintain secrecy regarding the content of the documents to be translated, information material provided to it on the occasion of the order, and all facts that become known to it in connection with the business relationship. Cooperation with employees who are also subject to the obligation of secrecy shall not constitute a breach of this obligation.
13.2 The Translation Agency shall use the data provided by the Client for the purpose of fulfilling and processing the order. The data shall be passed on to the shipping company commissioned with the delivery, insofar as this is necessary for the delivery of the service. For the processing of payments, the payment data may be passed on to the house bank of the Translation Agency and the credit card companies. The data will not be passed on to other third parties or used for advertising purposes. Once the contract has been completed and the purchase price has been paid in full, the data will be blocked for further use and deleted after expiry of the retention periods required by tax and commercial law.

13.4 Translation agency Linguidoor ensures that its employees are informed about the EU-DSGVO-compliant way of working with data through continuous training. In addition, the translation agency maintains confidentiality by employees through contractually regulated penalties.
13.5 The translation agency shall ensure that appropriate technical data processing measures are taken to adequately secure data.
Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform its obligations under this Agreement for causes beyond its reasonable control.
The failure of either party to enforce any of the provisions hereof shall not be construed to be a waiver of the right of such party to thereafter enforce any such provision.
If any term hereof is found to be illegal or unenforceable, the remaining portions of these shall remain in effect, provided that the parties agree to negotiate in good faith substitute enforceable terms.
Linguidoor reserves the right from time to time to amend, modify or change these Terms of Service. Due to the majority of parties requesting not to be contacted via email about updates to the Website, an email notice will not always be given.
Should Linguidoor and the User come to a special understanding not outlined in this agreement it will be laid out in writing and signed by both parties.
